There are various channels that can be used to log your complaints to JKR Sarawak.
Firstly, you can scroll down the homepage and click the Talikhidmat icon to log your complaint via Talikhidmat. Talikhidmat is a portal developed by Sarawak Government that caters for all public feedbacks including complaints, enquiries, suggestions, requests for help and compliments relating to any Sarawak State Government Agencies, which includes JKR Sarawak.
You can also e-mail your complaint to corporatejkr@gmail.com or directly call our Corporate Communication Branch at 082-203199. We can also be reached via Facebook at www.facebook.com/jkrsarawak.
We would require the following:
1. Name of Complainer
2. Address/E-mail Address
3. Contact Number (Mobile/Fixed Line)
4. The Nature of Complaints
Yes, we do have Aduan Jalan KKR apps, a dedicated mobile apps to monitor complaints on road maintenance. You can download the apps through Google Play Store or IOS Apps Store. Just search for "Aduan Jalan KKR" and download accordingly.
