Instructions to Tenderers
For Tender closing at State Central Tenders Board (SCTB):
1. The tenderer is advised to submit the Tender Documents in advance before the actual Closing Date and Time to avoid difficulties and complications during the submission of the Tender Documents on the Tender’s Closing Date.
2. This is in accordance with the specific instructions or regulations that the visitors must adhere to before entering the government premises and to ensure that the tenderer can submit the Tender Document before the Tender Closing Date and Time.
3. The Ministry / Department shall not be liable in the event that the tenderer fails / late to submit the Tender Documents at the time and date stipulated due to the specific instructions or regulations that must be complied with before entering the government premises.
a. Instructions to Tenderers
The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
Only submissions signed by person(s) duly authorised by the tendering firm(s) or company(ies) shall be considered.
Original copy(ies) of Proof of Registration with UPK/PKK/FFO as may be relevant must be produced before document(s) may be obtained. Works Contractors are reminded to present their Registration Status with CIDB.
Tender deposit where specified shall accompany the tender.
