Contract Pledge Signing Ceremony

The Contract Pledge Document Signing Ceremony for newly appointed contractors was held today at JKR Sarawak Headquarters together with Ir. Ts. Gs. Br. Dr. Cassidy Anak Morris, Director of Public Works Sarawak.

"The contractors will be expected to quickly implement and start works on project sites within one month. JKR Sarawak will take necessary action should there be no physical progress for the project within that period, as per stipulated in the contract," Director of Public Works said.

The handing over of the contract documents involve the following 12 projects:

1. Cadangan Pembangunan Semula Sekolah Daif Di Negeri Sarawak Di Bawah Peruntukan RM 1 Billion (Fasa 3) Di SK Sg Badengan, Balingian, Mukah, Sarawak;
2. Cadangan Pembangunan Semula Sekolah Daif Di Negeri Sarawak Di Bawah Peruntukan RM 1 Billion (Fasa 2) Di SK Bawang Tian, Daro, Mukah;
3. Construction And Completion Of Remaining Works For Proposed Jalan Sungai Pasin/Matu, Bahagian Mukah;
4. Membina Benteng Hakisan Tebing Sungai Di Depan Kampung Long Bemang, Sungai Apoh, Baram, Bahagian Miri;
5. Construction And Completion Of The Remaining Works For Proposed Jalan Rh. Wilfred Uli/Rh. Panggai, Ulu Dayat, Pakan, Sarikei;
6. Cadangan Pembangunan Semula Sekolah Daif Di Negeri Sarawak Menggunakan Peruntukan RM 1 Bilion (Fasa 3) Di SK Saka, Layar, Betong;
7. Proposed Upgrading Of Penyulok/Nanga Penebak/Ulu Penebak Road, Ulu Layar, Bahagian Betong;
8. Cadangan Pembangunan Semula Sekolah Daif Di Negeri Sarawak Menggunakan Peruntukan RM 1 Bilion (Fasa 3) Di SK Punan Ba, Belaga;
9. Proposed Road To Kpg. Sg. Ijok;
10. Design And Build And Negotiated Contract Of 60MM Diameter Of MSCL Water Pipeline Along The Road From Gedong To Kampung Semalatong;
11. Projek Jalan Kpg. Lubok Samsu/Setamen/Kpg. Sabang/Kpg. Semangaal/Kpg.Tanjung Tanglong/Kpg. Sg. Ba, Simunjan, Bahagian Samarahan;
12. Cadangan Pembangunan Semula Sekolah Daif Di Negeri Sarawak Menggunakan Peruntukan RM 1 Bilion (Fasa 3) Di SK Serumbu, Bau, Kuching
