JKR Sarawak Courtesy Visit to YB Minister of Public Works

JKR Sarawak Top Management had paid a courtesy visit to the office of YB Dato Sri Alexander Nanta Linggi, Ministry of Public Works Malaysia at Kompleks Kerja Raya. The delegation was led by YBrs. Ir. Ts. Gs. Br. Dr. Cassidy anak Morris, Director of Public Works Sarawak, together with the Directorate members. This is the first visit since his recent appointment as the new Director on 29 May 2024.
Besides introducing the new managerial lineup of JKR Sarawak and the departmental direction, this visit was also held to discuss on Federal projects that had been implemented by JKR Sarawak as one of the Technical Departments last year. Among the projects that had been discussed were Pan Borneo Highway Sarawak; Sarawak-Sabah Link Road Phase I (SSLR I); Sarawak-Sabah Link Road Phase II (SSLR II); Redline alignment; Trans Borneo Highway; proposed construction of 8 Mile flyover; maintenance of Federal roads and other issues.
