Deputy Minister (MIPD) Visit - Miri

YB Datuk Ir. Aidel Bin Lariwoo, Deputy Minister for Infrastructure and Ports Development had paid a visit to some of the project sites in Miri to personally monitor their progress. The project sites include "Projek Cadangan Pembinaan Gantian Penuh 6 Bilik Darjah, 8 Unit Rumah Guru, Asrama Pelajar dan lain-lain kemudahan di SK Rancangan Sepupok, Subis, Sarawak" and "Projek Menaiktaraf Jalan ke Skim Rancangan Sepupuk Niah, Miri."
YB Deputy Minister visit commenced with a project briefing by Ir. Stephen Ung Neng Hui, Divisional Engineer (JKR Miri). The SK Rancangan Sepupok, Subis, Sarawak includes the construction of 1 Administrative & Academic Block, 1 pre-school block, 2 hostel blocks, 1 dining hall block, 4 Class D Quarters block and 1 guard house. Meanwhile, the Projek Menaiktaraf Jalan ke Skim Rancangan Sepupuk Niah, Miri covers the upgrading works on a 14.957 km road.
Also present were YB Datuk Hajah Rosey Binti Haji Yunus, ADUN N.71 Bekenu, who is also the Deputy Minister for Women, Childhood and Community Wellbeing Development (Women & Childhood Development), Datu Chiew Chee Yau, Permanent Secretary (MIPD), JKR Sarawak Top Management, officers from MIPD & JKR Sarawak, education officers from District Office and contractor.
