Project Monitoring Meeting (Rural Roads Network Project) - Miri

YB Datuk Amar Douglas Uggah Embas, Deputy Premier of Sarawak had chaired the Project Monitoring Meeting (Rural Roads Network Project) together with JKR Sarawak and local YBs earlier today. Project briefing was delivered by Ir. Stephen Ung Neng Hui, Divisional Engineer (JKR Miri) especially for project status under Projek Rakyat, State Projects and Federal Projects implemented in Miri Division.
YB Datuk Amar in his speech had emphasized that Ministry of Infrastructure & Ports Development (MIPD), through JKR Sarawak, is very committed to provide road connectivity to rural areas in line with the Post-Covid Development Strategy (PCDS) 2030 which targets Sarawak to achieve economic prosperity, social inclusivity, and environmental sustainability.
Also present were YB Dato Sri Lee Kim Shin, ADUN N.75 Senadin; YB Datuk Ir. Aidel bin Lariwoo, Deputy Minister (MIPD); YB Dato Anyi Ngau, Parliamentary Member P.220 Baram; YB Datuk Hajah Rosey binti Haji Yunus, ADUN N.71 Bekenu; YB Datuk Dr. Penguang Manggil, ADUN N.76 Marudi; YB Datuk Gerawat Gala, ADUN N.78 Mulu; YB Dato Dennis Ngau, ADUN N.77 Telang Usan; JKR Sarawak Top Management and officers from various Departments and Agencies in Sarawak Government.
