Handing Over of Acceptance Letters to Contractors for Kampung Angkat Madani

YB Dato Sri Alexander Nanta Linggi, Minister of Works Malaysia had officiated the Handing Over of Acceptance Letters to the appointed contractors for Kampung Angkat Madani, which was held at Song District Office earlier today. The ceremony was witnessed by Ir.Ts. Gs. Br. Dr. Cassidy Anak Morris, Director of Public Works Sarawak, who is the appointed agency. Briefing on the project implementation was delivered by Ir. Ts. Jawa Gara, JKR Divisional Engineer (Kapit).
YB Dato Sri said that 5 of the physical projects will be implemented in our effort to provide necessary facilities to 3 longhouses under Program Kampung Angkat Madani. This program will focus on water supply, electricity, road, street lighting and other facilities for people in the rural areas. The proposed infrastructure will improve accessibility, connectivity and inclusivity aside from catalyzing social activities among the people.
