Fun Walk Hari Kebangsaan Peringkat Negeri Sarawak 2024

Fun Walk program in conjunction with Hari Kebangsaan Peringkat Negeri Sarawak 2024 commenced upon the arrival of Tun Pehin Sri Dr Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar, Yang di-Pertua Negeri Sarawak and his wife, Toh Puan Fauziah Mohd Sanusi at Dataran Tun Tuanku Bujang. Afterwards, both of them had officiated the symbolic flag off, witnessing thousands of people march together along the 2.4 km route.

The program then continued with Perhimpunan Sempena Hari Kebangsaan Peringkat Negeri Sarawak 2024 at Dewan Canselor Tun Abdul Taib Mahmud, Universiti Teknologi Sarawak (UTS) Sibu.

Also present were Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg, Premier Sarawak and his wife, Datuk Amar Puan Sri Juma' Ani Tun Tuanku Bujang, YB Dato Sri John Sikie Tayai, Minister at Premier Department Sarawak, who is also the Responsible Minister for Hari Kebangsaan Peringkat Sarawak 2024, YB Dato Sri Dr. Stephen Rundi Utom, Minister for Food Industry, Commodity and Regional Development Sarawak, YB Dato Sri Fatimah Abdullah, Minister for Women, Childhood and Community Wellbeing Development Sarawak, YB Datuk Liwan Lagang, Deputy Minister for Utility and Telecommunication I (Telecommunication), YB Datuk Maclaine & Martin Ben, Deputy Minister for Food Industry, Commodity and Regional Development Sarawak (Commodity and Regional Development), YB Datuk Dr Annuar Rapa’ee, Deputy Minister for Education, Innovation and Talent Development I (Education and Innovation), YB Datuk Michael Tiang, Deputy Minister for Public Health, Housing and Local Government II (Public Health & Housing), Datu Hii Chang Kee, Deputy State Secretary (Operation), Ir. Ts. Gs. Br. Dr. Cassidy anak Morris, Director of Public Works Sarawak and other Heads of Departments.
