Dr. Cassidy anak Morris, Director of Public Works Sarawak attended the earth breaking ceremony for The Proposed Dredging and Associated Works at Batang Baram Delta, Miri which was officiated by Yang Amat Berhormat Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri (Dr) Abang Haji Abdul Rahman Zohari bin Tun Datuk Abang Haji Openg, Premier Sarawak.
Also present were YB Datuk Amar Douglas Uggah Embas, Deputy Premier Sarawak, Second Minister for Finance and New Economy & Minister for Infrastructure and Port Development Sarawak, YB Dato Sri Lee Kim Shin, Minister for Transportation Sarawak, YB Datuk Ir. Aidel Lariwoo, Deputy Minister (MIPD), YB Dato Palu @ Paulus Palu anak Gumbang, Chairman (Miri Port Authority), and Datu Dr. Muhammad Abdullah bin Haji Zaidel, Deputy State Secretary Sarawak (Economic Planning & Development).
