The programme brought together various KIK groups from divisions and branches of JKR Sarawak to present ideas and innovation projects with the potential to enhance the efficiency of the department’s service delivery. The convention served as an important platform to promote a culture of innovation and creativity among JKR Sarawak personnel through project presentations by participating KIK groups. Each group showcased initiatives and innovative solutions aimed at improving work processes, increasing productivity, and supporting more efficient service delivery to customers and the public.

The KIK project presentations were evaluated by a panel of experienced judges to ensure that each innovation was assessed in a transparent and professional manner. A question-and-answer session with the panel also provided participants with the opportunity to elaborate on their ideas and the impact of their innovations, while encouraging knowledge sharing and the adoption of best practices within the organisation.
