JKR SARAWAK PARTNERS WITH SWINBURNE SARAWAK

The Public Works Department (JKR) Sarawak and Swinburne University of Technology Sarawak Campus have signed a five-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen collaboration in research, talent development, and infrastructure delivery. The MoU was signed by Ir. Professor Lau Hieng Ho, Pro Vice-Chancellor and Chief Executive Officer of Swinburne Sarawak, and the Director of Public Works Sarawak, YBhg. Datu Adj. Prof. Ir. Ts. Gs. Br. PMr. Dr. Cassidy anak Morris. The collaboration focuses on joint research, ESG-driven infrastructure development, and creating opportunities for student placements and knowledge sharing. In his remarks, YBhg. Datu Adj. Prof. Ir. Ts. Gs. Br. PMr. Dr. Cassidy anak Morris highlighted that the partnership reflects a shared commitment to enhancing public service delivery through innovation, knowledge sharing, and sustainable development.
