JKR SARAWAK DOMINATES KIK AWARDS 2026

The Director of Public Works Sarawak, YBhg. Datu Adj. Prof. Ir. Ts. Gs. Br. PMr. Dr. Cassidy anak Morris, attended the Innovative and Creative Group (KIK) Mini Convention 2026 organised at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Port Development Sarawak level.

The event was officiated by Yang Berhormat Datuk Amar Douglas Uggah Embas, Deputy Premier of Sarawak, Minister for Finance and New Economy II, and Minister for Infrastructure and Port Development Sarawak. The convention served as an important platform for fostering a culture of innovation and creativity among government agencies while enhancing the efficiency and quality of public service delivery.

JKR Sarawak recorded an outstanding achievement at the convention by securing several major awards. The WHITE SWAN team from JKR Sibu Division emerged as Champion and also received the Best Presentation Award, while the MERAKI team from JKR Bintulu Division won the Best Montage Award. In addition, the ALL STARS team from JKR Headquarters secured Third Place, while the Runner-Up position was awarded to the ELITE 5 team from Miri Port Authority. These achievements reflect the continued commitment of JKR Sarawak personnel in developing high-quality innovations and creative solutions aimed at enhancing service delivery and benefiting the people.
