CSTRU Technical Sharing Session

97 participants have attended Coastal & Second Trunk Road Unit (CSTRU) Technical Sharing Session this morning.
The topics discussed include:
i) Quality Paving Complying to Standard Specification for Road Construction (Ir. Pok Sum Loong);
ii) Compaction Protocol for Hot Mix Asphalt (Ir. Pok Sum Loong);
iii) Cold In-Place Recycling (Mr. Ismarizal Ismail); and
iv) Contract Management Highlight (Ms. Suhaila Mohd Fakhri).
This sharing session was intended to improve the quality of pavement works from the construction perspective as well as maintenance and contract management. A brief question and answer session was also held so that each topic can be further discussed in details.
Also present during this sharing session were Roland Ting, Principal Assistant Director (CSTRU), officers from JKR Sarawak, consultants and contractors.
