Project Handing Over - SK Batu Keling, Belaga

The handing over ceremony for the recently completed SK Batu Keling, Belaga was officiated today by Ir. Ts. Br. Jawa anak Gara, JKR Divisional Engineer (Kapit) to Thomas Uning, District Education Officer (Belaga) and Apoi Job Ngerong, Headmaster (SK Batu Keling). The ceremony was witnessed by YB Tuan Kennedy Chukpai Ugon, ADUN N66 Murum and Bidah Lujah, District Officer (Belaga).
The project scope includes the construction of 6 new semi-detached Quarters, external, mechanical and electrical works. The project that was fully completed on 3 October 2023 is able to give positive impacts in creating a learning environment that is more conducive for the students and teachers. Also present were JKR Kapit project team, officers from Education District Office, teachers from SK Batu Keling, representative from PIBG SK Batu Keling, community leaders and contractor.
